This video purports to show a couple engaged in mutually antagonistic behavior, leading to a violent altercation. It provokes a serious emotional response from the viewer, but there are a few things about it that have been nagging at me...

  1. Where is the first part of the video leading up to the altercation? What was happening in the 5 minutes, 30 minutes or hour prior to this?

  2. How did this end up on youtube given that the male in the video is clearly aware of the camera's existence (he grabs it at the end). For that matter, why would he even allow himself to be caught on camera in the first place since he seems to know it is running? I say camera because the video's aspect ratio suggests an actual camera rather than a phone.

I have a few other niggles, but I'll leave it at those two for now. Thoughts all?
