I am currently studying international relations and organizations, in university and I have been studying liberalism and realism for some time now. I have some questions regarding these, I don't live in the US so it's not that easy to comprehend, living in Europe and countries here somewhat differ to political systems. I saw a post yesterday saying neo liberalism is what raises the blue pill mentality, what does that mean exactly?

I tend to go for structural or neo realistic ideas more, rather than liberal but that's just my preference. By no means I'm intending to strike up a political debate, I'm asking this because I'm about to be a future diplomat after getting my degree and I want to know which is better for this job and all in the future.
