The tl;dr version: The state of Arkansas has just kidnapped a soldier's child.

Mom lost custody because her thug boyfriend severely abused the boy, but dad wasn't given custody. What should have been a no-brainer has literally turned into a kidnapping case as far as I'm concerned. Quite frankly there was no need for a custody hearing for the father. Mom lost custody and they should have immediately placed custody with the father. Period. End of story.

Is there anything you can do to help him or make this known? A US soldier's parental rights were stripped away, all because the child was abused at home by the mother's boyfriend. The troop did nothing wrong, but lost his child to a corrupt system. This needs to be known and hopefully public outrage can get this travesty corrected! Please support the troops, this is hardly an isolated case and has been going on long enough!
