Argentine court: Divorcee can use ex's embryos

The question is really, does he have to pay child support for this? He shouldn't.

Life begins at conceptions, the mother should be charged with the highest charges of neglect for putting her children in such horrible conditions. And if any die while trying to conceive, that is negligent manslaughter.
