This is pure insanity. A child gets abducted, (I believe mainly by foreign women) and the victim parent is supposed to pay support to the kidnapper? This is how far our family court system has taken us?

If the kidnapper can not feed the child, s/he should not kidnap the kid. This is so wrong! Forcing a man (or a woman, whoever) to pay child support to a kidnapper. I have no words.

All this BS about best interest of the child. The woman does whatever she wants, against the child's interest, and the man has to pay, unjustly, in the best interest of the child. And the woman can spend it according to her whim.

(if the genders were reversed, it still would be so wrong!)

Gets my blood boiling. Who has to flee Australia from violence? Just lie about a man's violence, take his children away and still have him pay. And the mother can spend the money as she likes

Reminds me of the Brazilian ghetto family that let the children hunger, and finally beat one to death, while daddy in Austria paid the child support. The mother and aunts lived a lavish life style.

This is so wrong.

Where have we arrived. You abduct a child and I have to pay.
