Lawyer on trial for murder tells jury of wife's violent rage

We have recently seen several women avoid jail, after claiming that they killed their husbands after being abused, with absolutely zero supporting evidence (for example: Mary Winkler: no police records of DV, no hospital records, no marks, children and her mom said they never saw any violence and yet she walked free after shooting her sleeping husband in the back before disconnecting the phone while he was dying in a pool of blood).

On the other hand, this guy has extensive police and hospital records showing his wife's psychotic, violent and abusive behavior - let's see how gender-neutral the "battered spouse syndrome" defense is..

From the info presented here it seems pretty clear (just as presented). But if it was a Hollywood movie she would be the victim... lets see which version the jury prefers.
