Yeah, I really think they just wanted you to articulate a point. Some things may seem like they should be "obvious" and not even needing of an answer, but there can still be benefit from putting it in to words.

When you can't see who your talking to it's hard to gauge their context or whether or not sarcasm is present. That being said, i'm not sure what Eternal was trying to say. It was unclear and i'm not sure if he/she actually understands the issues he/she was discussing.

Go figure. When you make an affirmative declaration "men are treated worse/women are treated better" someone wants you to actually explain what about the legal system is unfair to men.

I get that it sounds completely obvious to you, and that you believe that anyone looking at the data would say "oh, yeah, that's some bad shit", but it should be up to you to provide that information.
