If this was a female congresswoman they wouldn't be joking about it.

Remember guys, feminism fights for men's rights and equality for men too/s. They could be talking about a million different things but instead of talking about male objectification or male suicide or male body shaming or anything else, they make dick jokes.

Its the 'you've got a small penis' put down, and its jealousy because women dont have penises.

To women, penis=power, and if they can make you think that you have an abnormally small penis, their inferiority complex subsides and their confidence and sense of power increases.
