I happen to think this scenario should be legal, regardless of gender. That is, whether the person beaten was male or female, I regard this as acceptable, since ultimately the right of free contract must be upheld.

That said, this raises an important point. Namely, as much as feminists decry porn as being degrading to men, there is a massive fetish industry that caters to female domination of men. Is that somehow less degrading? And indeed, if one delves into certain more outlandish fetishes (such as say, real scat (not the fake stuff from MFX and its sister and subsidiary entities)), the abused party is almost always male.
