You got it all wrong. The idea of "monk mode" is to focus 100% on your goals. Women take a lot of time and you reduce this to a minimum so you have got all your energy for your goals.

The idea behind this is, that the shitty women you can get now are not worth the effort and you will be better off to focus on your goals. When you are ripped/wealthy/promoted your SMV will go up and you will be able to slay higher quality pussy to make up for the low QL pussy you missed while in "monk mode".

If you waste your time with TV, Lego, video games and similar shit that does not raise your SMV you are not in monk mode, you are in omega mode and you will stay there for the rest of your worthless life if you dont change this ASAP.

Not pursuing women and getting some hobbies going isn't monk mode.

In a true monk mode, you should be so focused on upping your SMV that you don't really have too much time for hobbies.
