Good video. Not sure how it was intended to apply to Men's Rights, but I can think of a few ways.

Good example but his overall argument flawed.

A lot of the projects he used at the back-end, describing them as broke, also were avenues of infrastructure and technological advancement. He was addressing individuals who never took a political science course, OR, addressing those who forgot their course material.

I agree with him on the abuse of the interstate commerce clause as well as the unconstitutionality of the patriot act, however he is doing what he is "accusing" the government of doing. Framing the argument (or law) in such a way that he can attack an unrelated area.

He is actually using liberal arguments to support a conservative viewpoint.

I could tell 'the judges words' were not his as he doesn't seem to understand their "spirit" as it pertains to law.
