I agree that would be ideal. But it isn't true and many feminists are actively hostile to male rights.

This is wrong. Feminism was always about promoting women. If anything the 'equal rights for both sexes' crowd represents a failed hijacking of the original feminist movement.

The only suggestion I have is that we simply call it humanism and inlcude everyone.

Humanism is a distinct movement of it's own. And is mainly an anti religious pro secular rationality movement. I suspect the term you are looking for is 'egalitarianism' which men's rights also supports.

Are you suggesting that equal rights for women is less important that equal rights for men?

The only person who said that was you.

I see this subreddit is as militant about circle jerking as r/guns, r/atheism, r/libertarian, and r/twoxxchromosomes, have fun kids
