I'll summarize what you'll hear. Not that I agree.

1- If you're talking about LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS, you'll be ready once you're out of college, earning good money, has a six pack and has had intercourse with at least one girl for each year of life. Anything besides it and you'll PROBABLY be selling yourself cheap. Not saying you shouldn't take chances but anything short from it and if you are asking "should I?", you should not.

2- If you think SEX implies in LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS, time for you to hit the sidebar. That's heavily bluepill thinking and, while there was a good chance you'd make out of high school unharmed by thinking like that, you WILL get screwed if you try to think like that in college. There are millions of ways to get screwed by thinking it, one of them WILL bite your ass.

3- If you're talking about "I'm 17, should I seek girls now?", you are probably late for your environment. I never heard of a single place in the internet where you'd be supposed to wait longer. At college you should probably be seeking sex, not just making out.

4- This is where I go purple. If you're asking "Is 17 an ok age to pump and dump a girl that might have strong feelings for me?", no it's not. But I feel tempted to add you're probably misreading her feelings if you're in college and once again, tell you to hit the sidebar.
