Needs to be

Man accused of Sexual assault allegedly killed by alleged victim.

Just putting the 'accused' in for the man's potential crime but not for the girl's makes it look a bit like your predjuce is showing. But I'm sure it's just an oversight.

The girl denied taking part in the stabbing, but claimed during the visit Mr Daley sexually assaulted her in the kitchen and the boy stabbed him to help her get away.

Mr Rees added: "There is evidence that she later told people close to her that it was she who stabbed him.

"It is the prosecution case that both defendants were both responsible."

Well, that teenage girl really wanted him dead. I think she guessed that if the court didnt do something about it, she would take matters into her own hands. I cant say that he was 100% guilty but everything looks like he was.

IF he was innocent then this is terrible. If he was guilty this still isn't right.

The thing is that, when the law does nothing, victims edit:sometimes take matters into their own hands and kill the criminals. That is why so many wives get killed by their husbands in an age when the husbands are not protected from domestic abuse... It isn't right, but it is an obvious result of police inaction.
