I'm kinda puzzled with this. That girl stayed at my appartement with rent, but she didnt pay me back and says sorry that she has financial problem. I told her it is fine, put the deadline when to pay back.

But she is telling me that she will pay it back when she is in Alaska (She stayed my room at Europe). I have no way to force her to pay me back. She is still staying at her friend in same country. I'm almost 100% sure that when she's at Alaska, she will disappear.

I need to teach her a lesson without losing the possibility that she will pay me back. Any advice?
