If man who was prison guard were to have sex with a female inmate, would anyone seriously consider allowing him to keep his job because he claimed that she was a predator and he could not say no to her?

We're all shocked by the level of perversion in women joining the penitentiary or prison service. They make up 40% of that workforce and fully 58% of its incidence of staff sexual predation. We expect a zero tolerance policy for all staff who cross the line. It had better be enforced.
