Here is why I posted this:

I often seen these kinds of statements - that a certain way to behave is learned solely from one type of influence. Magazines and models show people what is a correct body type. Actors and musicians show how to act.

What about parents showing their kids how to act?

Honestly, I watch porn. I watch Lady GaGa music videos. I play video games with scantily clad women. etc... But when my girlfriend comes out of the bedroom in flannel pajama pants and a hoodie, I can't help but be attracted to her and want to be near her.

In my mind, I can differentiate between "that woman" and "all women", and I don't think I am special. "That woman" is trying to dress provocatively in her music video. "All women" can find a way to be sexy that depends on their partner's preferences, if they want to be sexy. Equally, I know how I can act and dress sexy for my girlfriend - I know what turns her on. I don't do it all the time, because sometimes I like to just dress comfortably or casually.

In summary - what is viewed as "sexy" of one gender depends on the other gender. I am a much more complicated man than to think that this is the way "sexy" is. I feel insulted and blamed when these kinds of statements are made.
