while I could agree this could be a Men's Rights issue. This is more of the Israelis attempting to get the Palestinians to stop reproducing since the Israelis cannot keep up. At the same time, there are too many Jews in the Diaspora who refused to live in Israel because of enforced IDF service, the whole genocide of the Palestinians, etc.

This is more about ethic cleansing and oppression.

Why doesn't he propose the IDF cease destroying their country's infrastructure instead so these men have something to build on or do the IDF want to turn them to despair. After all these small scale attacks launched by Palestinians gives Israel the excuse it wants to continue their genocide.
