No. It's worse than that. This isn't a men's rights issue, this is a general issue about liberal fascism and appearing to 'do the right thing'. You'll notice that this article didn't just mention women, but also ethnic minorities.

I want to judge candidates on their merits, not their gender, religion or ethnic background. Cameron is abandoning the very reason most people would vote Conservative. we've had 12 years of pandering ineffectively to identity politics and I would like to vote against a continuation of it. Is New Conservatism going to be Old New Labour? If so, why bother having an election. Let's just keep this shower of shits in power.
