Don't sweat the downvotes. Apparently, the false rape apologists don't want this news to get out, and they have organized in /r/equality, /feminism, and /women (do they really need 3 subreddits for man-bashing?) to downvote everything here. Newport News detectives have charged Megan McLane, 18, with one count of filing a false police report.

FUCK. THAT.

The punishment for the false accusation should at least be on par with what the accuser was accusing. Maybe we should try him in a court case, but lie and tell the jury everything but the fact that she recanted her testimony. If they come back guilty, then she gets the sentence.
