How can anyone choose another person over their own child, especially if said person gives an ultimatum to get rid of the child. I'm not a parent but I know if my girlfriend every told me to choose I would simply say gtfo.

It's a mans fault again!

Reading from an agreed statement of facts, Crown Attorney Paul Scovil revealed chilling, until-now unknown details about the murder.

He read that Boudreau was given an ultimatum by her boyfriend, who told her either the daughter had to go, or he would leave.

Boudreau then strangled her daughter with a length of twine, court was told.

Poor innocent Boudreau not a murderous cell in her entire body.

It was her boyfriend who really did this you know.

Who is this boyfriend and why isn't he named as an accessory after the fact of murder?

Looks like the court didn't believe it either.
