Classic case of the consequences outweighing the crime.

He exposed her boob while she was out, took a few photos. He shouldn't have lost acceptance to grad school for that, or be painted with this brush for the rest of his life. He said he feels suicidal. If he actually commits suicide over this, I think the accuser and the people who persecuted him should be brought up on charges.

In a just democracy with a fair legal system, the crime you commit must be balanced with an equal penalty. This kid is in the middle of receiving a completely unfair penalty. That serves no useful purpose except for revenge, which is what the legal system is expressly against. Purposefully destroying someone removes him as a functioning member of society, which is in nobody's interest, and is nobody's right.
