I dated a single mom who decided that she wanted us to stop having sex and become platonic friends because she was still trying to get over her ex boyfriend. She constantly blew cold when I was with her, and hot when I left her to wallow in her bullshit. She had no issue with me running around doing shit for her.

I found out not long afterwards that "trying to get over her ex" actually meant actively pursuing him and having sex with him whenever he showed up at her house at night randomly.

This guy had six kids with three women, couldn't hold a job, had several failed businesses, and was overweight. I gave up on trying to figure that out.

She later found out he was living with another single mom and her kids, got pissed off, cut him off, then tried to take me out on a dinner date. I declined and never spoke to her again.
