The easiest way statistically, depending on your exact demographic, to become a 7 out of 10 female is to have the willpower and motivation to not be obese. At 7/10 a woman could quite possibly grab hold of a 10/10 guy with some luck and patience, maybe if he's drunk and horny, maybe if she never says the word "no" in bed, etc. It "could" work.

As a side note, kinda a sad civilization if the ugliest woman on the planet who doesn't have a beer belly is a 7 because of all the fatties, but whatever.

Anyway the point is someone unmotivated enough to not lose weight and not workout is not going to be successful in the dating market even if the weight could be lost "magically" or more likely surgically.

What I'm getting at is her actual problem is being lazy and unmotivated, which makes her fat and unappealing and a mere 4/10, but also makes dating harder/impossible, etc.

Interesting theory to consider: Skinny women don't suck on it any better than fatties, and if you close your eyes during sex then any slippery hole is as good as any other. Now my thought experiment is MAYBE men evolve to find thin women hot, because it means their kids will be self disciplined, motivated, hard workers, etc. Whereas fat women's kids are going to be spherical and lazy and unsuccessful. So its not that "bony skinny chicks" are funner to bang, its that their kids will be 1000x more successful in life than a fatties kids. So the female aerobics instructor turns guys heads, the female couch potatoe, not so much...

If that's the case I'd theorize that men are merely culturally more advanced than women. Maybe women will catch up some day to the progress men have made. Eventually women will have no reason to look at a guys salary directly, they can just look at his waistline to determine his breeding value, like men do now with women's waistlines. Its not that thinness is inherently valuable, but it does imply vary valuable traits like self discipline and motivation and lack of clinical depression, etc.
