Have you ever heard this said before? I work at a quite sexist grocery store and often when a fellony has been made (not needed to be in the store, could be on the news, any crime gossip really) and the culprit is a man, my coworkers add "plus it's a man" as if it makes the fellony worse because of his gender.

I heard it quite alot and was wondering if I was being unlucky or if it happens to other people as well.
