He's still good looking. In fact, he's probably better looking now - he looked like he was a teenage boy in Titanic and now he looks like a man. Women hit the wall in their late 30s or early 40s unless they really, really, really try to take care of themselves. Men don't.

A good example of this: compare the male and female leads of Top Gun: Tom Cruise and Kelly McGillis and how they looked in the late 80s vs now.
