Some of them, yes. However, I hate the term "patriarchy" because it implies the hierarchy puts men strictly above women. This is far from the truth.

The idea of the "patriarchy" is that it's like a pyramid where a select few men put themselves at the top, then women right below them, then the rest of men below them. This intersects somewhat with wealth inequality to the point that working class men and women have it similarly shitty, so in general it goes rich men > rich women > poor women >= poor men.
