Which countries are liberal (e.g. with regard to LGBT rights, religious tolerance, human rights, eco-friendliness) without having lost their minds on gender issues and social justice?

It seems like a lot of countries in Europe have been gradually going insane when it comes to gender issues and parity and social justice. Maybe that's a necessary consequence of a country becoming more liberal? What countries do you think have been the best at avoiding that route while still remaining liberal with regard to issues like LGBT rights, religious tolerance, and human rights?

Are there any countries that are not liberal yet at the same time are crazy when it comes to gender and social justice issues?
