It's still mostly men. I'm not sure if that's been changing but honestly we've been trying to get more women in STEM for a very long time now. It's not even really a gender issue for people working in STEM. All the people saying that STEM is sexist or something have never worked in STEM. "It would be nice if we had more women" has been a pervasive sentiment inside the industry for literally decades now.

From what I've seen, women just don't seem all that interested. Nobody blames then for it but it's not like there are barriers standing in their way. Nobody says you can't work here because you're a woman. We just don't ever get female job applicants. And if we did, they'd be at the top of the list. I know that sounds sexist (against male applicants) and honestly it probably is, but that's just the way things are. And it's like that everywhere.
