Out of curiosity, are there "good" patriarchies?

A much more interesting question is if there are "patriarchies" that don't treat MEN like crap. I think it is easier to give a thousand examples of the all the advantages that women have in our "patriarchy". If I am wrong then why are so many men in jail, so few in college, why do we die earlier, why are our genitals mutilated, why are our family courts financially enslaving men, why are we drafted, why.. etc etc etc. Is there a specific country or culture you would like to focus on where you think women are discriminated against or more often the victims of violence compared to men?

Patriarchy is good, period. As is a matriarchy. I don’t understand the current hatred towards it other than ignorance, displaced political correctness and definitely misandry.
