This post is some advice to the OP. If you aren't able to inoculate yourself against the misandry and sexism prevalent in feminist communities, I suggest you find a way to distance yourself from these communities. It seems to me you readily accept their misandry and believe their sexism and this can't be good for your, or anyone's, mental health.
