It's this story, where a male employee shouted towards 3 female reporters.

It's a complete double standard when you think about it. Take the exact situation and make everything the same, except for gender- if the reporters had been male, it wouldn't even be a story. . If a female staff member taunted male reporters, no one would care, and the male reporters wouldn't get any support from the press or public. In fact, anyone who spoke about it would be criticized for "bullying" the female staff member. People would be more likely to mock the reporters, they'd think they were 'weak' for saying something. And the same people who say they are 'against gender stereotypes' would be the people saying it.

It would be a completely different reaction and the public opinion would be very different. This just goes to illustrate how people can have biased gender perceptions without even realizing it.
