I doubt that's the sole reason why. I had similar problems but had too much attention and was coddled and over protected.

Keep in mind, game is a learned trait, not inherent. So I would say little to none. Parents don't usually have a role in this, except for the dad (but each subsequent generation changes, so still your dad really doesn't have a big role in this either way). However, you have the potential to create a solid game framework. I've always struggled with women, but that's okay, because I know I can do better day by day. It's the usual adopt abundance mentality and approach multiple women at once. The more you approach, the more you "game" or communicate with, the more successful the results.

My parents never really bantered with each other, or us kids, so I had to learn that on my own. Got the hang of it though since coming to college.

That wasn't really a big deal though. Trying to undo all the religious indoctrination is what the hard part is. I honestly don't think it will 100% go away.

As for your problem, don't focus on how your parents didn't help you, focus on improving yourself to the point where you don't worry about it anymore.
