For face acne:

A face wash containing salicylic acid(paraben free).

A toner to restore your skins acidic PH balance.

A glycolic acid blend to slough through the dead skin cells on the top layer of your skin and increase skin cell turnover(Devita blend has worked amazingly for me).

A non comedogenic moisturizer (I use a very simple hemp oil product with other beneficial ingredients added. My skin is extremely sensitive to breaking out from basically any lotion product.) This routine has basically cured my issues.

For body/back acne:

Daily use of a soap bar made from a small local manufacturer with just olive oil and coconut oil as the base, and one or two plant extracts has solved my problem.

For eczema:

A hemp lotion/oil treated my minor eczema on my triceps.

For beards:

Any beard oil. Dont forget to condition your beard as well.
