I was going to a concert yesterday night, and I arrived at the security check.

Here, they ask you to take the items out of your pocket and step through the scanner before getting your items back, standard stuff.

I walked through the scanner with no issues, and there was a lady in her mid 60s overseeing my lane. She proceeded to pat down my back and side pockets.

Here is where the odd behavior happened: My pants don’t have back pockets. After patting the pockets on the side of my pants, she then proceeded to pat/squeeze my ass.

At first I didn’t question it, but I started to think about it as I stepped away. There was no pocket there and she clearly went out of her way to pat my ass. So I started watching the next few people go through, and noticed that she only patted the ass of men, while letting women go through while only checking their side pockets.

I didn’t say anything as I wasn’t sure if I was over exaggerating this in my head. Was her behavior acceptable?
