I think he definitely got off light. Do I give a shit about the letter that the bitch wrote? No, not really. Does she need a major overhaul of her personal responsibility so she doesn't go out and get so hammered that she can't stay conscious? Absolutely.

But that doesn't excuse the fact that the dude did some fucked up shit to her while she was unconscious.

One thing I think is continually overlooked is that most women/leftists are huge on "second chances" but don't give a shit about giving this dude a second chance. The hypocrisy is rampant everywhere, don't try and figure it out.

The only thing I would take from this situation is this: don't fuck overtly drunk bitches you don't know. Avoid bad situations. Make sure you think of yourself first.

The dude is a bad dude. You don't bang unconscious women, or women who are too intoxicated to consent. Dumb, dumb, dumb. And while he didn't "rape" her that's where it was headed but for the two guys who intervened.

That said, "White Privilege" is having a 100 IQ and a 50-50 shot at having both your parents. Yammering about "White Privilege" is and excuse for losers. We would never, ever in a billion years talk about "Arab Privilege" in the M/E or "Black Privilege" in Nigeria, etc.

There have been so many false rape accusations that have been blown up into huge stories by the media, that I just ignore all stories about rape now. I can't trust anything in the news anymore so I just assume they're all false accusations. This is what happens when you cry wolf over and over again.

You ought to be less concerned with the disparities between sentences doled out to blacks and whites, and more concerned with how often women who commit the same crimes often get no prison time.

No doubt about the fact that this guy did some fucked up shit by preying on a woman that was unconscious. There is never an excuse for rape. The thing is that not just for this reason, but just in general, she shouldn't be getting drunk to that point.

I think it's messed up that this dude got only six months when a man named Brian Banks (that story pisses me off), who is Black got way more. I think that their is "white privilege" in the court systems. I don't like making things about race, but just look at two very similar cases that both a white and black guy did and the black guy gets way more time. Look at Ethan "affluenza" Couch as well.

I don't know if it's rape culture, but either way, that guy is a jerk who should be serving a lot longer and this woman and people in general, shouldn't be getting drunk to the point of being unconscious by a dumpster.

Good information/reference. However, it says there that these women did get prison time. Also, i didn't see any of those women rape unconscious individuals.
