If I were renting out a room in my apartment, there's zero chance I'd rent to a female. the liability is just way too high.

Ok but it could be for completely reasonable things like she has had a bad experience with a man in her home before. When we jump to conclusions we drop to their level. I believe in a presumption of innocence and that includes this she may be innocent of being an sjw and I will assume so out of respect

Everyone should refuse to use Airbnb the same way they should refuse Uber. These aren’t free marketplaces, they’re walled gardens with less safety than well regulated, licensed establishments and far less transparency than an outright unregulated free market would actually offer. Their model is the worst of both worlds and is a complete gamble as to the end result.

I believe in the freedom to associate and not to associate and the state cannot tell me otherwise. However it should be applied equally. If women have the freedom to discriminate with whom they want ti deal with, then men should have that freedom as well

Air B&B policy allows this discrimination if "a bathroom is shared". You can specify a sex. That being said, if a man or woman who is discriminated against filed a State or federal complaint I suspect Air B&B would lose and would changed their sexist policy.
