Female leaders are not held to higher standards than male leaders. The standards are identical. Women just do not like that so lie and claim they are held to higher standards as excuses for when they fail.

Because nobody treated them like a man before. Nobody got an upper hand apart from some wealthy kids that are backed by their parents. Tho, in the old days, I would agree.

Very brand of bombastic leadership that is rewarded in men is punished in women. (Take, for example, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, who have claimed their work makes the world a better place though each has invited way more, and way graver, controversies than any woman)

You mean like every single top boss who is woman is also surrounded by bad practices, bullying and exploiting workers? Ah, this is not about sex, really. People in power just close their eyes when something is happening, because they do not care or they pushing their over working ethics to others, even tho it is not healthy and most people just wanna make living, not be slaves to company.

Would not be better to write about these female leaders and their companies and achievements? Not that "haha billion dollar company is bad and this million dollar company is good, because woman for women"...yeah.
