Why would you want a virgin? If clingy chicks are your thing go for it. That said you have 3 options -

LTR and you told her you love her, she reciprocated. She's clingy, and you just set up for a 2 day break.

Good steps, it was the time to pull away and let her chase.

Step back, make distance, let her think she's losing you.

Her hamster will spin, she'll do whatever she can to spend time with you, and you're going to make it difficult or short (like meeting for your lunch break where she only gets <1 hour to see you). When you do see her, hold back your affection. Sit across the table, not next to her. Quick and casual kiss, pull away, nothing passionate. Don't resist her advances, but don't return. She will physically cling onto you, trying to get more.

She'll ask if there's someone else, you'll say there's only her. She'll ask what's wrong, and you give her the sappy line "It's so hard to be so close to you when I can't express my love for you."
