Frame. Frame is an emotional construct you create for yourself. How you view things.

FRAME will weed out bullshit drama and allow you to stay centered and logical. SAY IT TO YOURSELF FRAME!!!!!!.

More accurately you decide what’s worth your action and what is not. You have to create triggers for yourself. What does and does not trigger you to go into action. This becomes the beginning of your frame.

You must decide what’s worth your emotional investment and what is not. For men Investing in emotions is a luxury. It is not to be taken lightly nor for granted. Women invest heavily in emotions. Don’t invest in the emotional state but invest in the presence and actions taking place.
