Smile, read up on the company, your biggest weaknesses appear to be your lack of experience and your non excitement. Turn the first into a strength by reading a little bit about the company-I PICKED chipotle because a,b,c, and growth opportunities. (Agree and amplify- I have ZERO experience and I want to get some here, you are absolutely right)
The latter I cannot think of a flip for-I'll smile and give great customer service. (non verbal-eye contact, good posture)
How will you give great service-engaging guests, ensuring accurate, speedy orders etc.
