Bc there your family and you care about them thats why it makes you so upset you see as a mentally sain person that they are fucking up so hard that what they deem normal is actually irrational and crazy. Talk to your brother and get to the root of him being "trans" and tell your sister to stop fucking a "gay" guy and finally set clear clear boundaries with your uncle/auntie and tell him/her to stop fucking up your bothers life and deal with his/hers now
