If kids were raised properly there would be no need for teaching them not to be abusive. Sadly, the art of parenting seems like a lost art in the past 35 years or so. When a one parent family or 2 parent family have to throw their kid into day care instead of raising the kid themselves this is what the outcome is. If one parent can not be home to raise the kid, DON'T HAVE KIDS. It's not too hard to understand people. STOP letting strangers raise you damn kids.
