I have seen that IUDs, tubal litigation, abortions, birth control medication, and the ring (NuvaRing) is covered by the Affordable Care Act (ACA, nicknamed ObamaCare). Women's reproductive rights have been addressed financially by the ACA.

However, condoms and vasectomies are not financially covered or subsidized by the ACA. I believe the ACA should equally cover these for men as birth control is covered for women. It is preventative care not only in pregnancy, but in the spread of STDs.

I think of this as a Men's Rights issue of equality. Why are men excluded from such benefits which are offered to women? Should we not encourage males in practicing safe sex?
