While researching statistics for my next Infographic, i've run into a roadblock & would like to ask for your help:

hello everyone,

I'm back again but I'm having a real challenge searching for reliable statistics for the following:

1. police arrests by both race & gender of suspects, across the entire USA (displayed by either rate or absolute number)

2. incarceration rate by both race & gender of suspects, across the entire USA (displayed by either rate or absolute number)

3. fatal encounters w/ police by both race & gender of suspects, across the entire USA (displayed by either rate or absolute number)

so to reiterate, for each of the 3 points above, i'm looking for the numbers for all of the following:

• black male, black female,

• white male, white female,

• asian/PI male, asian/PI female,

• Latino, Latina,

• Native male, Native female

after much googling, i've discovered that:

• i only keep finding stats by EITHER race OR gender of suspects, but not both simultaneously. Heck i finally even found race AND age, but not race AND gender. (as an example of what i mean, see BJS's Arrest Data Analysis Tool: https://www.bjs.gov/index.cfm?ty=datool&surl=/arrests/index.cfm#)

• i was only able to find #3 (and even then, it's merely a secondary source, such as WaPo: https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/investigations/police-shootings-database/). im looking for the actual database.

i've so far checked the following sites :

• ucr.fbi.gov

would you be able to direct me further to the appropriate database?
