Hi! I’m very excited to share with you. My partner’s birthday is coming up. We’ve been together for half a year now and he has so far been HV all over (still vetting!). I got too enthusiastic about my gift for him and started KNITTING HIM A SWEATER 🤨 luckily, a good friend of mine made gentle fun of me and made me realise that that was way too much. I figured I’ll just buy him a jumper. Ran to the store and got him a wool/cashmere blend (over $60) 😮‍💨 caught myself again, returning it tomorrow and getting one online for $20. Crown saved 👑 Btw, he got me flowers and two books for my birthday in the summer, way more appropriate and I will keep it to the same (or lower price) level. Imagine if I’d shown up with a hand-knitted sweater or that expensive beast!!! What do you think?
