It's why socialism and feminism go hand-in-hand. A complete lack of understanding of basic economics. Do they even know where pay comes from? It's from popularity. It's from how much the game makes from fans. But instead, they think money magically falls from the sky. So if the government can pay for everything women need, shouldn't companies like sports businesses also be able to pay equally? Well, sorry, unlike the government, companies can't print and inflate the money supply. So yeah, unpopular sports will make a lot less money, and that's the way it's supposed to work.

There's a reason why the minor leagues of professional sports barely make any money at all. Fans want to see the best players. And it doesn't matter if they are black, white, male, or female. If the best players in the NBA are 80% black, that's what people want to watch. And women are not better at basketball than men. You put a professional male team up against a female team, and it's not even a contest.

Now, if you are arguing that fans then should be more willing to pay and watch mediocre athletes (or athletes who are fantastic for their given biological class) then you're asking people to desire subpar performances. You are asking people to pay the same amount of money say for attending a professional symphony versus some high school band. Quality matters.

Of course, it actually is possible for biological classes to grow a popular fan base. For example, let's say soccer in China. Maybe not the best players in the world, but regionally relatively successful even if they can't compete with a European league. And that's just a good job of marketing.

So WNBA perhaps needs more marketing, but I think fans still don't get excited about watching the B-class team. The whole point of sports is to watch spectacular human performance. Race and gender is not a factor. And it might be unfortunate that some white people or some specific gender can't (statistically) perform as well in a particular sport, but that doesn't make the industry sexist or racist. There has been racism before, we know about Jackie Robinson. But today, if a player can compete, they should be allowed. And if they can't compete, they get ignored. That is equal, and WNBA and feminists just can't handle true equality.

They want some fantasy-land version of equality where poor athletic performance deserves equal attention to great performance.

Feminists obviously believe that women are not obligated to earn their own money, but money are required to earn money not only for the men, but men must earn even more to be transferred to the entitled class of women.

If men's teams were not financially self-sufficient, they would go bankrupt. There is no movement to help men; it only goes in a manner that benefits women.

In summary, feminists want to make women dependent on men (something they claim to rail against), but turn dependency on its head into a financial entitlement that women have from men.
