this had happened in my 5th grade when the final exams were over so there was no reason to come to school anymore , so there would only be around 10 to 15 kids who would attend out of the 40 students , we attended the school just because the school had a park , basketball ground and physical games like chess and carrom .

now onto the story , one day around 6 or 7 kids teamed up to play a catching game in which one kid has to catch other kids , I was one the kids playing and I saw the whole incident , there was this one girl who always took advantage of her gender by hitting boys and then replying with the good old "you can't hit a girl" . Everyone hated her but she was a teacher's pet so she would complain to the teacher if we wouldn't invite her , so it was her time catching . Now , you just have to lightly touch people to "catch" them , there was our poor victim who was trying a strategy in which you come straight to a wall and take a sharp turn to avoid hitting the wall and the person catching would slightly bump into the wall because they would stop themselves , but this girl pushed him , not your normal slight push , it was the full force push combined with the running , he lost balance and fell forward while running , and hit his face real hard on the wall , so hard that it made a huge crack on the wall , and then the boy didn't even cry , he just sat down with his back resting on the wall , I came to help him because everyone else was frozen . his forehead was somehow starting to bleed and after a few seconds his nose was bleeding too , it was a really horrifying sight and it just breaks my heart that he didn't get justice , another kid sat with him and consoled him as I walked to the teacher and she grabbed my collar as I was going which made me choke and cough , she knew she was choking me but still continued , no one helped me , somehow I got away and brought a teacher , when the teacher came she became all whiny and started crying and screaming that it wasn't her fault , everyone consoled her and said something like "it's okay , it was just a mistake" . Being a kid of that age you couldn't possibly beleive it was a mistake , you were still a kid but you could see it was her fault but no one went against her because , you know , female and a teacher's pet . The teacher herself said "it's okay sweetheart , it was a just a mistake ." , I told the teacher that she intentionally pushed him and then grabbed my collar when I was trying to get a teacher but the girl started screaming over my words and the teacher said that she couldn't do anything about it.

The boy was sent home and never came back , if a boy did this to a girl then he would have probably been expelled and charged for assault , the girl stayed in school and continued her behaviour .
