You make the false dichotomy of Unicorns™ vs Sluts and fail to understand that all women are hypergamous. Whether they perceive themselves to have such a low SMV that they give away sex readily or they find themselves attracted to a man with higher SMV than themselves they will still come to the same conclusion which is that sex is a means to secure resources and healthy genes. Lets go down your list of definitions for a "quality girl":

Not a Slut This doesn't describe much, either you're saying that she has fucked a lot of guys in her time and won't be able to pair bond or her SMV is too high for you to maintain attraction and she cheats on you.
Sexual with you Again, this is based on her attraction to you, the SMV you can display and most importantly the frame you hold in the relationship.
Wife Criteria Having basic skills does not mean a woman is Wife material. Has it really come to the point where if a woman can make some cheese on toast that they deserve a high quality male? Reminds me of that cringey "Wife Her" shit that Reddit loves.
Ambition No, Ambition is a masculine trait which is not attractive to men. I'm getting the feeling that you are a woman trying to shroud your intent behind a pseudo-masculine post or you're a man with a horrible horrible hamster problem.
Maturity As long as this means for them not to perpetually act like a spoiled teenager then you'll have little luck finding a "mature" woman. Why would you want one anyway? Young women are full of life and eager to please/unsullied by multiple sexual partners (in most cases).
Friend Qualities Again, I argue that being funny is a masculine trait. You can't be emotionally open with a woman, you will be perceived as weak. You can't be too friendly with a woman or she will see you as a provider rather than a lover.

Quality girls are not the type to attract a player, a trp expert, a alpha. Why? Because a TRP expert will realize this girl is not DTF on the first date like some ordinary slut, so the trp expert will move on to a sluttier girl.
