Just to preface my post, I have had a few ONS and a few girls that I saw a few times, the past couple of months, my enjoyment was hit or miss depending on the girl, but casual sex really isn't my thing I have found out. Now I know that self-improvement is universal, I'll keep improving my appearance, lifting and dieting, to improve my confidence and better the selection of women I can get. None of the girls I was with were LTR material, but at the same time none of them were asking me for commitment. One common thing I heard from them was that I had walls up, that I probably had did this kind of thing a lot, and that I was probably seeing a lot of other girls on the side. I never really confirmed anything they were saying, but I was amused by it because prior to that period of time, I married the second girl I slept with and spent 7 years with her. So needless to say, I think TRP works for me attracting women.

Now the issue here, I never offered commitment to any of these girls, but they never pushed for it either. I have no clue if I was showing too little interest, or if I came off too strongly that I wouldn't commit. I am pretty certain what I would actually want in a relationship, and part of it after the toxicity of my marriage is a girl that is more interested in me than I am in her. Maybe I am overestimating how attracted these girls were to me, but how should I change my strategies moving forward to find more LTR-worthy girls, or more girls that want more than to drink or fuck?

After a lot of reflection, I think what works best for me is to be some mixture of red and blue pill. I am not going to be some girl's beta provider, I want to keep improving myself for my own personal happiness, and I want to do a lot of vetting to find the right girl, but how do I signal that I don't want to be Chad, and I don't want to be beta bux. Basically how do I play the game somewhere in between?
